This
page is designed to help answer some of the most F.A.Q (frequently asked
questions) I receive regarding my shows.
After you schedule a show, I will either call
you or send an email (whichever
is most convenient) a few days prior to the show to confirm the date and
time. We can then go over final details regarding your party. There are
occasions, such as busy Saturday evenings, where I may need to change
the time of my show. In these instances, the time difference is generally
no more than a half an hour. I have the complete package, so you have nothing
to worry about! I bring everything I need, including music, a stereo and,
of course, props. My only suggestion
would be to provide a room that's big enough to accommodate the size of
your party as well as large enough for me to dance. Absolutely! In fact, some of my best shows have been at bars. However, I strongly suggest you ask permission from the owner or manager prior to the beginning of my performance. It would be unfortunate if at the last minute, the manager informs your party I'm not allowed to perform. If you're unsure of a location for your party,
don't worry! I have dozens of recommendations to offer you. After 10 years
performing in this industry I've been able to build professional relationships
with numerous owners and managers of public establishments who have been
more than accommodating for my shows. Fortunately, I have not been
in any places that I did not enjoy. I've danced in: hotels, buses, limos,
offices, factories, hospitals, clinics, campgrounds, barns, dorms, apartments,
garages, boats, trailers, etc. You name the place, I've probably danced
there. Although, I must admit, the private shows are a bit more enjoyable
because I can usually get away with a lot more than in a public setting. Yes! In fact, I pride myself
in being the only male dancer in southern Wisconsin who does. It's
just something I assumed I was suppose to do when I started 10 years ago.
I do not charge extra for getting naked. However, I do not
get naked all the time. It does depend on the following: The place of
the show. If it's in a public setting then odds are I probably won't get
naked. If I determine that the comfort level of the audience would consider
my complete nudity offensive, then of course I won't as well. I'm very
good at knowing my audience and what I think will work or will not work
for each show. That's usually never a problem.
I do hope you understand if you do call at the last minute that you allow
at least an hour or two for me to get to your party. I am very good at
accommodating most last minute requests in the Madison area. Sometimes. If I'm invited to stick around,
and my schedule permits it, then most of the time I will stay and hang
out. I enjoy meeting new people and answering questions about my shows
and my personal life. Definitely! I get asked this question a lot, especially from repeat clients. I constantly update my appearance and the choreography to my routines. I always add new props and a bit of comedy to each performance. I also attend tradeshows each year around the country to keep up-to-date on styles, skills and techniques. Since this is my profession, I'm constantly looking to improve my overall show. I've received great feedback over the years and will continue to stay on the top of my game. I pride myself on my professional nature. When you hire me, I can guarantee you someone who will:
